There are objects that do not exist ready-made, but are born from interpretation.
Tailor is the space for these objects, where a situation calls for a singular answer and cannot be fit into a catalogue.

The axis of thought begins with the interpretation of space. Proportion, given conditions and surroundings define the frame within which the object takes form. The creation of a presence that naturally belongs to its environment.
For contemporary works, the process unfolds along professional and aesthetic dialogue. Intentions and creative proposals gradually align until the object becomes an organic part of its context.

The reconstruction and restoration of historical pieces requires a different kind of attention. The precise understanding of motifs, structural logic and material use is the foundation. The work is at once research and shaping; the past adapts itself into the object.
During restoration I aim to preserve as many original elements as possible; the missing parts are reinterpreted through restrained, proportionate additions. The goal is to maintain continuity between past and present without erasing time.

I gladly work with architects and designers who treat metal not as decoration but as a space-shaping element. The object is always born within a conceptual relationship.
I am open to interdisciplinary collaborations; the meeting of different materials and ways of thinking often gives rise to a new quality.
For private commissions, the interpretation is shared. Use, need and context mark out the direction.
The dialogue begins here.
A situation, a question or a direction is sufficient starting point.
